Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is another Ayurvedic herb which has shown to have strong positive effects on anxiety, stress, and cortisol.

Typically sourced from countries such as India, Ashwagandha is extracted from either the roots or leaves of the plant. Ashwagandha root extract contains Withanolides, while the leaves contain a compound known as Withaferin-A.

Withanolides are the active, researched ingredients within the extract, so it is important to choose a standardized root extract.
As an adaptogen, Ashwagandha is used primarily for its ability to prevent anxiety. There is also research supporting Ashwagandha for reducing cortisol concentrations and the effects of stress on the body and mind.

As a nootropic, Ashwagandha can help with the formation of memories.

Our Ashwagandha root extract is standardized with a guaranteed amount of 2% Withanolides. The recommended dose is 300 - 500 mg, although it can be taken at up to 1,000 mg per dose, multiple times throughout the day.

Product not for me; service great
Regarding the product - I'm indifferent about it because I think it really depends on your body. Best thing is to experiment and try it for yourself after doing research. Try one product at a time. It gave me headaches but the effect was there, it does something, perhaps the mix didn't work, not sure. But yeah, I guess I don't recommend the product, but I do recommend the company. (Note: the system isn't letting me change the system isn't letting me change to No when it asks 'do you recommend this product to buy?' below.
