So effective
All the products I've purchased from Mind Nutrition work brilliantly. I generally focus on stimulatant focused nootropics but thought I'd try this. This is so dramatic in its effect. I haven't slept like this in years. Once up in the morning and throughout the day, my mood is even and positive. Can't recommend enough.

Great Product
Started taking this around 2 months ago for general anxiety and stress at work. Within a couple hours I already had begun to feel the effects, my thoughts stopped racing and my mood was better. This has only improved since starting to take these, very impressed with the results and they have had such a positive impact on my work and home life. Cant recommend enough!

A huge help
As a masters student I'm frequently stressed and my sleep cycle suffers quite a lot because of it. Before i started taking this I was going to sleep at around 3am and waking up around 11-12 the next day. Now 3 weeks later, I'm ready for bed at 12 and up at 9am. So that's been a huge help and i would recommend this to anyone who struggles to calm their minds at night when its most needed. I take it at 11pm and by midnight i find my eyelids have dropped just a little and I'm more interested in sleep than anything else. I think its also helped my stress levels during the day, probably due to cortisol being regulated more in tune with my circadian rhythm than before. It worked for me but it may not work for you. Some people do have strange reactions to ashwagandha so keep that in mind. Certainly worth a try and I noticed it working from the first time of taking.
