Dynamine™ vs TeaCrine®
The primary differences between Dynamine™ and TeaCrine® are that Dynamine™ is faster acting as it hits a higher peak over 3 times faster than Teacrine®.
The other differentiating factor is that the effects of Dynamine™ will peak at around 45 minutes after ingestion, but will begin wearing off within 3 hours while TeaCrine® has a half-life of around 12 hours.
Dosing TeaCrine® and Dynamine™
The researched dosages vary slightly for these two compounds. TeaCrine's optimal dosage is 200mg in isolation, whereas the optimal dosage for Dynamine™ in isolation varies from 150 - 200mg.
For optimal results, TeaCrine® and Dynamine™ can be combined with each other at dosages of 125mg and 100mg respectively, which equates to one capsule of each compound.
For maximum benefits, we recommend adding 150mg of caffeine to the combination of TeaCrine® and Dynamine™. We have conveniently chosen dosages that are optimal for stacking each of these ingredients with caffeine if you choose to do so.
