It only promotes wakefulness though. If you're looking for something more cognitively enhancing, I suggest stacking Ultra Caffeine with something else from this store.

**Please read** I am pretty certain this is the bitartrate salt of DMAE - although this is not stated anywhere on the container, nor in the product description. Dimethylaminoethanol as a freebase is an oily liquid which freezes at -59 degrees C, while the product here is a crystalline solid. This is not an issue, especially considering all other available DMAE supplements are the bitartrate salt. I just feel that it should be made clear exactly what chemical is in the tub you buy. Also, there are dosage implications given that this product only contains 37% DMAE by mass (however the dosage stated on the tub is accurate - the maximum recommended dose is 500 mg up to 4 times daily, equating to a maximum of 740 mg pure DMAE per day). I'd like to reiterate that the only form of DMAE you can buy is the bitartrate salt, so there is no issue with the product itself. I would recommend it :)

A huge help As a masters student I'm frequently stressed and my sleep cycle suffers quite a lot because of it. Before i started taking this I was going to sleep at around 3am and waking up around 11-12 the next day. Now 3 weeks later, I'm ready for bed at 12 and up at 9am. So that's been a huge help and i would recommend this to anyone who struggles to calm their minds at night when its most needed. I take it at 11pm and by midnight i find my eyelids have dropped just a little and I'm more interested in sleep than anything else. I think its also helped my stress levels during the day, probably due to cortisol being regulated more in tune with my circadian rhythm than before. It worked for me but it may not work for you. Some people do have strange reactions to ashwagandha so keep that in mind. Certainly worth a try and I noticed it working from the first time of taking.
