As one of the safest compounds around it is pretty cool. The taste is not bad. Sublingual seems to be more effective. light anxyolitic.

As a masters student I'm frequently stressed and my sleep cycle suffers quite a lot because of it. Before i started taking this I was going to sleep at around 3am and waking up around 11-12 the next day. Now 3 weeks later, I'm ready for bed at 12 and up at 9am. So that's been a huge help and i would recommend this to anyone who struggles to calm their minds at night when its most needed. I take it at 11pm and by midnight i find my eyelids have dropped just a little and I'm more interested in sleep than anything else. I think its also helped my stress levels during the day, probably due to cortisol being regulated more in tune with my circadian rhythm than before. It worked for me but it may not work for you. Some people do have strange reactions to ashwagandha so keep that in mind. Certainly worth a try and I noticed it working from the first time of taking.

I liked the smell of it more than in capsules, but on taste it was awful. The effect of it similar as from capsules.

So near the end of the bottle I can say that I haven't noticed some direct effect from it, but I guess the more you lack of Omega-3 , the more you gonna feel the need of it. So I would recommend to first check if you need an extra source of Omega-3 depends on your food

Well, I would definitely say that there is a result of it but not sure if it a big deal , also for me it was bad to combine it with other formulas

I have used L-Theanine from different brands like focussupplements, Myprotein, Bulkpowders and even tried the highly praised Suntheanine* version made by Jarrows. A lot of people say Suntheanine is the purest most effective and purest form. Yet it was nothing special. It was just overpriced. So don't believe the hype.
Mindnutritions L-Theanine is 100% as if not more effective. This is by far the cheapest, yet highest quality L-Theanine i have used so far. It matches, if not beats all other companies out there. This store can be trusted. Good support, decent shipping speed to countries outside of the UK and grade A products. |

This is hands down the best Bacopa I have ever taken. It has noticeable acute effects of stress reduction, increased mood and processing speed, none of which I obtained with previous extracts.
In contrast to one of the other reviews however, I think 250mg might be a bit too high of a dose per capsule given it has 50%+ bacosides with HPLC testing (barely any Bacopa supplements have this, mainly 7-20% with HPLC testing). If you do end up responding too strongly to this supplement I'd recommend lowering the dose to half a capsule (125mg) - this is my sweet spot at least. In comparison to the patented extracts (BaCognize, Synapsa), I have found it to be much less lethargy-inducing. I actually find it to be quite energising. Would highly recommend to anyone that they give this extract a try, especially so if you have not responded well to the patented extracts. |

Works wonders. Best type of MG for bed time. Works best for me if i dissolve it, but it tastes like crap.
