Product not for me; service great Regarding the product - I'm indifferent about it because I think it really depends on your body. Best thing is to experiment and try it for yourself after doing research. Try one product at a time. It gave me headaches but the effect was there, it does something, perhaps the mix didn't work, not sure. But yeah, I guess I don't recommend the product, but I do recommend the company. (Note: the system isn't letting me change the system isn't letting me change to No when it asks 'do you recommend this product to buy?' below.

Neurochill Only tried sample two caps empty stomach per night. Didn't notice any changes. I checked data from my oura ring sleep tracker and likewise didn't see any changes re deep, rem or light sleep. Would need to try for a few weeks I believe to see if made noticeable difference as sample contains four caps. Thanks for sample though, appreciated! Wonder why bacopa is in it as research appears to suggest takes some time for this to take effect, assume requires taking longer term. Wouldn't say can't recommend but if there was button for unsure I would click that. Also star rating obligatory so given four.

Bacopa Have been taking Swanson brand Bacopa for approx six weeks (four caps) ie one gram total at 48pc bacosides in total. Just moved to MN one cap at 51pc so more convenient, cheaper. Not sure whether 300mg is needed though and read studies done in Australia on 55pc bacosides. Read may take eight to twelve weeks to notice changes. Possibly noticing improved thought speed and idea association, linguistic ability. Can't be certain down to the bacopa though. Early days yet. I have combine with rhodiola some days. Haven't tried the MN rhodiola but intend to when Viridian brand finished. Need to ask MN whether they run regular assays to test quality and for heavy metals etc. Four star rating is provisional. I ll check back in another two months. Also great it doesn't contain mag stearate which Swanson brand suggests theirs may contain.
