Excellent. Only my personal feelings: I am better focused at specific tasks. I didn't notice side effects, but my sleep is changed. I'm serious. Sleep became less (in terms of time) now. Good stack with an Aniracetam+DMAE (Neurostim) + Choline source (The best I found is Ultracholine). Take it in the morning with food (+fats, e.g. Omega-3; 6 etc). Though you should read more about Sulbutiamine: maximum 4 weeks of continuous use. Remember: continuous is the key of success.

I found that after taking it, I would get a smooth, streamlined train of thought. It seemed to neaten up my thinking. I am not prone to anxiety, so I cannot make a statement on that.
