What is KSM-66® Organic Ashwagandha Extract?
Ashwagandha is a plant that can be distinguished by the orange/red fruit it bears, as pictured above.
This herbal extract has been used in traditional Ayurveda for hundreds of years for its many purported benefits. It is primarily the roots that are used in Ashwagandha extracts, as the leaves contain compounds which are cytotoxic.

Fantastic product
I've used a few different brands before but this is by far the best. After about a week of taking this I just felt more calm, chilled out and don't get wound up so easily. Would really recommend this to anyone prone to stress or anxiety, it makes a huge difference to your mental wellbeing
