The title says everything about this product if you are unsure about purchasing. But…one question I have is my son suffers from ADD and I was wondering if he could benefit from taking this product…he is 10 years old. I know that kids have been trialed taking 225mg daily. I just want to be sure.

Thanks Mind Nutrition- Genuinely felt like since taking this and a couple of other recent supplements, that it has helped with energy management through my office working day. I feel hopeful it will allow me to have energy for my own projects and will strive to do this. Taking this in the morning with breakfast or lunch really does seem to waken me up and have clarity to deliver strongly in everything I do. Sometimes, I don’t feel the drive or feel the need to compete, this makes me feel like I don’t really need a cup of coffee to wake up and perform, and coffee does make me feel a crash, but I have been drinking green tea with this product and it seemed to work well together. Just this Friday gone, I took 3 capsules and a couple other supplements and together, made me feel like a hero, I had about 7 hours or 7.5 hours sleep and on that Friday, I had consistent energy and focus during the day and never felt that lack of energy or felt anxious, instead it helped me deliver a top performance and focus on hitting targets without a massive crash during the day. Genuinely felt more calm, positive and engaged. I’m super impressed and hope it can continue to help me be my best version. I’ve been taking vegan DHA for many years. I’ve tried many brands but no batch proved consistent due to the fact that DHA is so unstable. I stopped buying DHA for almost one year until AvailOM became available. It is a solid form of DHA complexed with the amino acid Lysine. It’s more expensive than the usual gel caps but far more reliable in terms of consistency.

After taking for a few weeks i noticed my memory recall and working memory have improved noticeably. It really helps at work as my job involves a lot of data entry. I'm able to process a lot of information and not constantly worry that I forgot to check something. I can also juggle more things in my head a bit better.
The downside is reduced drive or motivation which would be bad during the day but perfect for the evening as it helps me wind down for bed without procrastinating online. |

I’m someone who absolutely hates taking medication loaded with chemicals, but my anxiety had been really impacting my life! I read about Affron and was keen to try given the clinical trials results. I’ve been taking these now for about 6 months, having a break now and again for about 2 weeks now and again. I can report that I do feel better, I’m experiencing less anxious time, and when I do, I can rationalise better to bring myself back to baseline, using simple grounding techniques that were useless to me before, I was was just too heightened within my anxiety! And I don’t know if it’s a coincidence, the Affron itself, or the benefits of feeling less anxious, but my migraines have reduced significantly (from 3 a week, to may one every other week). I’m so glad I have found this product! It allows to be stay drug free and has very much improved my quality of life
