I usually take it in the morning on an empty stomach. If my stomach ever feels weird because of something I ate the day before THIS HELPS, it's as if it clears all the junk out and provides a healthy boost. Consistent effect even after months of use. Might be useful for mental clarity too.

I wish this worked for me. It didn't. Caused tiredness, fatigue, sleepiness and some depression. I adjusted the doses with gaps right down to 50mg and the unwanted effects persisted.
Could this be due to my low iron? Or would using a racetam with this make a difference? |

Lots of magnesium supplements taste awful but this has very little taste at all, and dissolves easily in water. Great if you struggle with swallowing capsules like me. Really helps with my sleep, will definitely be continuing with this one. Customer service is also really excellent.

I've known about Lemon balm for a while, and even included it into an evening blend on Custom Blands. But with the other ingredients, namely Valerian root, Oatstraw & L-theanine it wasn't bad nbut I couldn't tell how each ingredient felt.
Seeing Lemon Balm on Mind Nutrition appear, I decided on the powder form. Every day I take Gingko 120 mg standardized, and citicoline 250 mg and for a few months I'm taking Liquorice too. A good splash of coffee on top. When the Lemon Balm arrived I resisted and put it in the draw along with the TeaCrine, Dynamine and Panax Leaf extract. The next morning I thought I'd try the Lemon Balm, despite being AM and having already taken some 'uppers'. I capped 500 mg with some niacin and took it with pineapple juice and forgot about it. Well I started feeling something DIFFERENT within an hour and there was no mistake - this Lemon Balm is a GEM! ? I'm calm and slightly relaxed but without memory stops or distraction. No thoughts eager to jump into my narrative either - actually, I'm not thinking much at all, I'm too engrossed in what I'm doing! Does that sound like a nootropic to you?? I can't wait to try this out for my social anxiety. Thanks so much, all at Mind Nutrition! Everyone I know is gonna hear about this one! |

Hands down the best 5HTP product on the market IMO.
Noticeable improvement in mood, reduction in anxiety + better sleep quality. I did not expect to notice much difference considering I’ve tried 5HTP products in the past. MN clearly did their homework when formulating this product by combing it with an AAAD inhibitor. Not only that, compare the dosing ratio between the 5HTP and Green Tea extract compared to other similar products on the market then do some digging into the research on this for yourself….it’s clear MN take great care in the formulations they produce and are thinking of the consumers not just profit margins. Guys, you really nailed this one. Thanks for bringing another quality product to the range. Administrator:

Always a little sceptical trying new products as many don't really deliver the promise. Did doesn't apply to Neuroprime because it does exactly what it supposed to do. It's a great energy and mood booster without jitters or uneasiness. Just overall clean energy during the day without compromising in sleep quality. Worth every penny. Love it!

Good quality classic bacopa extract.
It works better than Synapsa for mood and stress considering its higher bacosides content. Bacopa is not only a synaptogenic/dendritogenic memory enhancer, but also an upregulator of tryptophan hydroxylase (transformation of tryptophan into the serotonin precursor 5-HTP) and an upregulator of GABAa receptors. It's also a downregulator of striatum dopamine content, which can dampen motivation for neurotypicals if not stacked with a stimulant like caffeine. Definitely a good pick if you're looking for an all-in-one procognitive and anxiolytic plant extract. |
