I was very interested to try this compound - methyliberine. I have a very high tolerance to caffeine and other stimulants, and regularly take armodafinil to help with wakefulness when studying. I took one capsule alongside one capsule of teacrine this morning with my usual pint of very strong gunpowder green tea with an added teaspoon of matcha green tea powder. I quickly felt much more awake and alert and a lovely lift in mood also. Taking teacrine by itself last night when I was already feeling lethargic did not give me a noticable stimulaiton but in combination has been very effective.
This compound feels very smooth and for me seems like it would work really well taken as a pre-workout or for studying purposes. Very impressed. Thanks Mindnutrition this is something I will be purchasing in future! |

It did not give me a very strong instant energy boost, it is more subtle if it gives more energy than regular tea therefore it does not feel too stimulating/jittery like can happen with coffee when overdosed. It is a bit expensive compared to other teas but I do not regret buying it seeing as it is still value for money conseridering the amount of servings and the packaging is good and because the taste of the drink itself is just great.

I was taking these ingredients separately before for general health, Hydrovita nails the foundational ingredients in the right dosages. I still take extra magnesium but this is an essential supplement combination for everyone.

I tried this supplement for the first time and I like it! It can be added to a glass of water or directly dropped into the mouth. I tried both and the taste is very good (I have the Apple hint version).

I was a bit concerned with this product as other products on the market consist of Sodium salt for stabilization.
I spoke to MN asking why their version does not contain sodium - I was told that they made a decision to go for the non-sodium containing version as they feel this version is as potent. I suspect there may be a cost element involved as well. As the sodium version is probably more expensive. In any case if you store this version out of light (UV) it remains stable. And what a punch it packs. I feel more energised using this product compared to ordinary ALA (racemix version) I will be buying this again and would recommend to anyone who prefers to dose ALA without capsule containing fillers etc |
