I love this product!
I use it when I have a lot of stuff to do. It is not something I would take if I want to chill out. Its more of a get out of my way I have things to do effect. In short, It is positively effects my mood and drive. I guess it a domaniregic thing? Anyway a great product which I am definitely going to keep on using. |

I've been using this product for about a month now.
I feel more focused and there is a boost in self confidence and a general feeling of well being. I dissolve the resin in a glass of warm water and drink it. What I've found a bit inconvenient is the measuring of the amount of resin to use. Also after taking the supplement you need to pay attention that there are no leftovers on the inside of the cover because it gets sticky and then its hard to open next time you use it. Other positive effects: Libido is higher now and there seems to be a slight improvement in post workout anabolism and body composition. My wife says that my skin in better too, though I am not sure if this is due to the product or other factors Im not aware of. All in all a great product! |

I bought the powder version of MG so that I can dose in my own increments.
I love the product as it calms and relaxes me a great deal and as an added benefit I use it before I go to the gym. And as crazy as it sounds it boosts my performance with ALCAR and N-Acetyl-Cysteine (all from this supplier). I can't get enough of this supplement, especially at bedtimes and wish I could in one go buy it in much larger quantities :) |

Any chance you can add Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) to your formula? I think it would synergise well with lions mane.

Just taken my first dose on an empty stomach without side effects like other brands, but wonder as Bacopa is fat-soluble why Mn recommends taking it empty stomach?

Bacopa contains compounds that are both water and fat soluble, it does not require fat to be absorbed. This is true for many if not most fat-soluble compounds, they do not require fat to be absorbed as there is a lipid bilayer in our bodies which assists with absorption.
Generally speaking, food tends to blunt the effects of many nootropic-type compounds in our experience. The only reason to take Bacopa with food is if you experience any stomach discomfort.
